Baby skin is very sensitive

The baby's skin is about half as thin as that of adults, and there is less moisture and sebum than adults.
Therefore, it is weak to stimulation and easy to dry.

Measures against irritation and dryness are important for skin troubles*, and skin troubles* are likely to occur when the surface of the skin is damaged by irritation caused by rubbing with pee, poop, and disposable diapers, and moisture is lost from the inside and dry out.

* A condition in which a rash or the like has appeared in the place where the diaper is crushed.

Weight is one of the guidelines for choosing a size. Even with the same weight, the size that fits may vary depending on the child's body shape. Please choose the size that fits perfectly according to your body type.

How to wear disposable diapers well (be sure to read them before use.) )

  1. Make sure the three-dimensional gather is standing. (Stand easily with your fingers.) )
  2. Spread your legs in an M-shape and keep the gathers stretched. The circumference of the tummy should be about one finger.
  3. To increase the adhesive strength of the tape, press the tape down from the top and pull the base lightly outward.
  4. Pull up the diaper and make sure the stereoscopic gather fits around the foot.

  • Keep out of your child's reach to prevent them from entering their mouths.
  • If it does not fit your skin, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
  • Do not place near heating appliances or other places with high temperatures.
  • The polymer absorber inside the diaper will be jelly-like grains when it absorbs moisture, but it is safe to touch your child's skin.
  • Please do not wash it because it is a disposable diaper. If washed, the contents of the diaper may be on other clothing, but in that case, please rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Change dirty diapers frequently.

What to do after use

  • If the stool adheres to the diaper, please clean it to the toilet.
  • Round the dirty areas inwards and treat them so that they are not unsanitary.
  • Do not throw disposable diapers in the toilet.
  • Take home the diapers you used when you went out.
  • Please follow the rules of your area for how to dispose of disposable diapers after use.

Shipping

Our shipping options are simple and affordable! Let us know if additional shipping options are important to you, and we'll add services as demand warrants.

How We Ship

We ship orders throughout the week, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Shipping fees vary for individual items and can be viewed in your shopping cart once an item has been added. All our products are conveniently shipped through FedEx, UPS or Canada Post, depending on the item. With Canada Post, we are able to ship anywhere within Canada. For orders shipping with Canada Post and destined for remote areas within Canada, additional shipping fees may apply. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping out your order.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel and not ship orders for any reason. All orders will ship within 1-2 business days from the store location in which it is in stock. All orders placed outside of business hours and weekends will be processed the following business days.

Please note: orders with billing and shipping addresses not the same will take longer to ship out due to additional time required for credit card verification and fraud prevention.

Shipping Surcharges

Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service and this results in a high shipping cost. We are unable to offer our free shipping to these areas but do have competitive rates with Canada Post that you can take advantage of. Once we receive your order we will contact you with the shipping surcharge. We apologize in advance for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.

These exception areas include Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Orders shipping internationally are not eligible for free shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once you have completed your order online, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped. You can track your package online through FedEx, UPS or Canada Post, so be sure to keep your tracking number in a safe place!

Backorder and Out of Stock Items

Our Backorder Program If an item you ordered is currently on backorder or has become out of stock, you will be notified via email with an estimated availability date. You then have the option of waiting for the item to become available, or canceling it. Our backorder program allows you to purchase items that are currently out of stock but will be available again. This way, you get to be the first to reserve our best selling items by purchasing them in advance before they arrive. In order to get early access to backorder items and reserve them, we need to take payment for the item at the time the order is placed. This means that all backorder items in your shopping cart will be charged to your account once you checkout. Shipping and taxes will also be charged at this time, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees later on!

When Will I Receive My Backorder Items?

Whenever a backorder item is purchased, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date which takes into consideration the time it takes for the item to become available and shipped to us, as well as the time it will take for us to stock the items and process your order. Please be aware that backorder dates are estimates and are subject to change. We do our best to notify you about backorder items whenever an update is available. If your order consists of both in-stock and backorder items, we will reserve these items for you and ship your order in full as soon as your backorder item(s) arrives. Depending on the length of the estimated arrival date on your backorder items, your in-stock items may be shipped out to you first.

Return Shipping Costs: Baby enRoute does not assume return shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Customers may request a prepaid shipping label. The costs associated with the label will be deducted from the refund amount once the item has been received. Please send your prepaid label requests to returns@babyenRoute.ca, be sure to include your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our returns department will process your request and will reply within 2 business days with the shipping costs. Customers may ship back returns with their own shipping methods however for your protection, we recommend using Canada Post or insured parcel post for return shipments. Additionally, we recommend that customers who decide to make a return on their own request a tracking number from the shipper for their records. If a package is refused, there will be a $15.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. Canceling Backorder Items

We know that patience is a virtue… and sometimes, you just change your mind! You can cancel your backorder at any time, as long as it’s not a custom made or special order item. Simply send an email to cs@babyenroute.ca with your order number or log in to My Account to submit a request. Please note that sending in a request does not automatically cancel your order. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once it has been processed.
