What are my payment options?

How to track my order?

You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through your preferred shipping partner.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Your 10% off sign-up coupon is applicable to most items. Please note that certain premium or brand-regulated products may be excluded due to vendor pricing policies. The exclusion details are typically listed in the coupon's terms and conditions or will be indicated at checkout.

Do you offer price matching?

Yes, baby enRoute is happy to price match any identical product sold at a physical retail store located within Canada. Please provide proof of the advertised lower price (e.g., flyer, website link, ad) for verification. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

How long does the delivery take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product availability, typically 3-7 business days for most Canadian orders. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Estimated delivery times are typically provided at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

baby enRoute will ship, FOR FREE, any regular size order within Canada (see below for some exceptions*) with a minimum purchase value of $100 before taxes and after discounts via Canada Post, Purolator, or FedEx. Oversize item surcharges will still apply to orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Cost is calculated at the time of check-out and varies depending on your location, size, and weight of merchandise purchased.

baby enRoute is not responsible for any additional Brokerage, Duty or Taxes that may apply.

Shipping Surcharges

Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service and this results in a high shipping cost. We are unable to offer our free shipping to these areas but do have competitive rates with Canada Post that you can take advantage of. Once we receive your order we will contact you with the shipping surcharge. We apologize in advance for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.

*These exception areas include Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Orders shipping internationally are not eligible for free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, baby enRoute offers worldwide shipping! Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

How long does it take to get the Refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-7 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
