How does the all-weather ventilation work?

Warranty: Covered by UPPAbaby's 3-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. Return policy
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price. All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on the actual product page. Some products are considered special order items and unfortunately are not returnable. All purchases of sale merchandise, furniture, car seat, stroller, electronics, mattress, pillow, swimwear, bedding, diaper, food, toys, and plush are final sale.Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals, and registration cards.
