FAQ

Is the carry cot certified for sleeping?

No, CYBEX carry cots are not certified for sleeping. If your baby falls asleep in the carry cot, move them to a firm, sleep-approved surface on their back as soon as possible.

Can I wash the carry cot fabrics and mattress?

Yes. The boot cover, mattress cover, canopy fabrics, and inner lining can be removed for washing. Follow the instructions on the washing label. Fashion Collection fabrics are excluded from machine washing.

Warranty & Important Notes

CYBEX products are backed by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. For warranty claims, contact CYBEX Consumer Services. This carry cot is not certified for sleeping. It is designed for use by babies while awake. Cot Packs for Fashion Collections and Collaborations are available separately for style changes. Fabric covers are machine washable (excluding Fashion Collections and Collaborations).

Return policy
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price.
