Can I use the e-Gazelle S without the electric functions?
Yes. If you do not turn on the power button, the e-Gazelle S can be pushed like a regular stroller without any electronic assistance.
What is the warranty on the stroller and battery?
The stroller has a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The battery also has a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase when the product is registered.
Can I take the e-Gazelle S on an airplane?
Yes. Follow TSA guidelines for rechargeable lithium-ion batteries: remove the battery from the stroller, protect terminals from short circuit, and carry the battery in carry-on baggage only. Please refer to TSA.gov and your airline for specific requirements.
Warranty: The e-Gazelle S stroller is covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The battery is covered by a 1-year warranty when registered. For warranty claims, please contact CYBEX Consumer Services with your proof of purchase.
Shipping
baby enRoute will ship, FOR FREE, any regular size order within Canada (see below for some exceptions) with a minimum purchase value of $100 before taxes via Canadian Postal Service, Purolator, or FedEx Ground Service. Oversize item surcharges will still apply to orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping. Shipping Cost is calculated at the time of check-out and varies depending on your location, size, and weight of merchandise purchased.
Return policy
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price. All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on the actual product page. Some products are considered special order items and unfortunately are not returnable. All purchases of sale merchandise, furniture, car seat, stroller, electronics, mattress, pillow, swimwear, bedding, diaper, food, toys, and plush are final sale.Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals, and registration cards.
