Can I use this car seat without the base?

Yes. The Aton G Swivel is equipped with alternate belt guides for base-free installation using a locking vehicle lap/shoulder belt.

How does the 180-degree swivel work?

The ergonomic swivel function in the base allows you to rotate the carrier toward the vehicle door for easier loading and unloading, without removing the base from the vehicle.

Is this seat approved for air travel?

Yes, this seat is approved for use on airplanes per FAA requirements. Contact your airline before departure to confirm compatibility.

Warranty & Important Notes

CYBEX products are backed by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. For warranty claims, contact CYBEX Consumer Services. This infant car seat expires 6 years from the date of manufacture. CYBEX advises replacing any child restraint after a crash of any kind, even if unoccupied. The child’s head must remain a minimum of 1 inch below the top of the carrier. Do not use thick or puffy clothing under the harness. Fabric covers are machine washable in cold water on a delicate cycle; drip dry.

baby enRoute will ship, FOR FREE, any regular size order within Canada (see below for some exceptions) with a minimum purchase value of $100 before taxes via Canadian Postal Service, Purolator, or FedEx Ground Service. Oversize item surcharges will still apply to orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price.
